ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once payment is finalised a confirmation email is sent with the order summary and shipping details.

ORDERS

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days from the date of purchase and delivered within the timeframe indicated in the table below (SHIPPING AND DELIVERY section).

If the selected item is not immediately available it will be put into production with variable delivery times, which can be consulted during checkout on the order summary page.

REGISTRATION

To use some features of this site you must register, even if registration is not required for purchase purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy at the bottom of this page for more details regarding privacy.

Should you wish to proceed with cancellation of an order, you must contact customer service promptly by emailing customerservice@ateliervm.com.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are shown in EUR, GBP and USD. For orders over €250/£250/$250 shipping is free.

We accept Paypal, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can split the payment into 3 interest-free instalments by selecting Paypal, Klarna, or Scalapay.

Payment security is fully guaranteed by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol).

Atelier VM does not provide a tax document for deliveries within the European Union to either private individuals or businesses. If you wish to receive a receipt or invoice for your order, you must expressly request this by sending an email to customerservice@ateliervm.com.

As all the different Gift Cards (L'Essenziale, Impronta, Atelier VM) are vouchers, an invoice can only be requested in store at the time of redemption.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped by insured mail with DHL Express:

Remote areas require approximately 1 additional business day. Taxes and import charges excluded, with the exception of KIT products from the Impronta Collection. Note: we do not ship to Russia.

For countries outside the European Union, the DAP (Delivered at Place) condition applies. This means that the cost of the product does not include taxes or import charges. Upon delivery, the recipient will have to pay any taxes, import charges or sales tax, depending on the country of destination. It is not possible to calculate this amount in advance.

INSURANCE

All items shipped with DHL are insured against theft and damage during transit to destination.

Once delivered, they will no longer be covered by such insurance. Customers are therefore requested to check the integrity of their package before signing for receipt.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging, considered an integral part of the product itself.

The cost of returning any item is entirely the customer’s responsibility and includes any re-import taxes or customs duty.

Atelier VM reserves the right not to refund unauthorised returns or returns that do not comply with all the stipulated conditions. In these cases, customers shall be required to take back the item at their own expense. Atelier VM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorising returns for non-compliant merchandise.

This right to return does not extend to any personalised items, or jewellery from the L'Essenziale or Impronta collections.

REFUNDS

Only the cost of the returned products will be refunded, while the initial shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

The payment will be refunded by the same method used to make the purchase.

The cost of shipping and any customs charges incurred for the return will not be refunded

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

EXCHANGES

It is currently not possible to exchange an item purchased online with the exception of a size change, which can be done at any Atelier VM store.

You can return the jewellery and proceed with a new order.

REPAIRS

For repair requests, please contact your nearest store or our customer service at customerservice@ateliervm.com.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Atelier VM guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through ateliervm.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

All trademarks, logos or service marks ("Marks") appearing on the Site, whether registered or unregistered, are the exclusive property of Atelier VM. These Terms and Conditions and all materials, elements and content (including drawings, models, illustrations, photographs, videos, text, code, audio tracks and graphics) included on the Site, as well as the appearance ("look and feel") thereof, are the exclusive property of Atelier VM. None of the Site content may in any way be construed as an implied licence of any kind or right to use the Marks viewed on the Site without the written permission of Atelier VM. You may copy and print pages from the Site solely for non-commercial purposes related to orders or purchases through the Site. Unless prior specific written permission is provided, any other use of the Site, its content and information is strictly prohibited.
