ORDERS AND INVOICES
- Orders are shipped on the first business day after the order date, subject to stock availability and confirmed payment.
- Orders placed during the weekend (between Friday evening and Sunday evening) are processed the following Monday.
- Atelier VM's deliveries in Italy are not accompanied by an invoice, neither to private individuals nor to companies. If you wish you can still receive an invoice indicating it during check-out. For the L'Essenziale Gift Card, as it is a voucher, an invoice can be sent once the voucher has been used, upon prior agreement, by writing to
- All items shipped with DHL are insured against theft and damage during transit to their destination.
- Once delivered, they will no longer be covered by insurance.
- At the time of delivery the customer is required to check the integrity of the package before signing the receipt.
- Refunds are made within 10 working days of the receipt of the returned item at Atelier VM’s premises.
- It is refunded using the same method of payment as the purchase.
- The shipping cost is not refunded.
- The refund is issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
- It is possible, for those who are not satisfied with the purchase, to return purchased items and get a refund.
- It is possible to return items within 14 working days.
- The right of return excludes all personalized products and all welded jewelry from the L'Essenziale collection.
- The returned item must not have been used or worn, it must be intact and in its original packaging which is considered an integral part of the product itself.

- The return shipment is charged to the customer.
- In these cases, the customer is contacted by customer care and must take care of the unauthorized return at his own expense.

- Atelier VM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for non-conforming goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
- Exchange services are currently not offered.
- It is possible to return the item and proceed with a new order.
