The gold exchange service is a unique chance for those looking to transform unused gold into a handcrafted, bespoke creation—minimising waste while ensuring a transparent and professional valuation.

How the gold exchange service works at Atelier VM:
1. Personal data registration: Customers provide their information under applicable privacy regulations.
2. Jewellery cataloguing: Each piece of jewellery submitted for exchange is catalogued.
3. Issue of a delivery document: A receipt confirming the gold’s deposit is issued to the customer.
4. Gold storage: The gold will be kept for ten days, as required by law.
5. Gold valuation: Atelier VM’s experts assess the gold’s value.
6. Notification of estimated value: Customers receive the valuation via email.
7. Offer acceptance or rejection: Customers can accept or reject the offer by replying to the email. If accepted, the customer receives a voucher redeemable at Atelier VM’s Milan flagship stores, which is valid for a year. Any non-gold elements or stones, will be returned. If declined, the gold is returned to the customer.
