GIULIA SOLLAI X ATELIER VM
Giulia Sollai (on instagram @la_casetta_dellartista) is an eclectic artist born in Cagliari who has been living in the centre of Bologna since 2006 in her house-painting studio.
Working with art is likewise a way to take care of her inner child by cultivating purity, enthusiasm, curiosity, a sense of discovery and playfulness; all characteristics that keep the vital spark burning. Consequently, she is very attached to everything that brings her back to childhood, a period of her life to which she is particularly attached.
"This new project by Atelier VM ‘The Essential - Phoenix’ is also a perfect metaphor for this concept described above, and finding so many similarities with the way I see and feel, I completely immersed myself in this work that I felt ‘mine’ from the first moment."
