With the purchase of a digital Gift Card, you receive immediately, via email or by downloading it from your reserved area, a precious document that includes the description of the chosen product and the unique code that will allow you to weld your jewelry even immediately by visiting any Atelier VM store.​ If you purchase a paper Gift Card, within 1 to 4 days, you will receive at home an Atelier VM shopper with an elegant envelope inside, containing the product description and the unique code. Each bracelet is custom welded directly onto the wrist, with a safe and professional goldsmith machine by our specialized team at all Atelier VM stores without an appointment. Atelier VM's professional machines are 100% safe and have passed the required safety tests.

The chains differ in color, thickness, and type, and their price varies depending on the chosen chain. The price does NOT vary according to the wrist size but remains fixed.​

The L’Essenziale bracelet in 18kt gold or platinum does not cause problems for sports activities or medical visits. Additionally, our bracelets never need to be removed during airport security checks and are not detected by metal detectors. In case of mandatory removal for any reason, it is possible to re-weld the same bracelet for free at any Atelier VM store.​

Once your jewellery is welded and you have become part of our community, you can take advantage of all dedicated after-sales services. These include: free re-welding in case of bracelet removal for an operation or accidental damage or simply to add a charm from the Atelier VM collection, resizing in case of chain enlargement, and jewelry cleaning.
