How purchasing works

CHOOSE YOUR IMPRONTA JEWEL

You can choose from 5 products in the collection dedicated to transforming the fingerprint of your loved one into gold.
The fingerprints taking for the Impronta Band Ring is only possible in-store with the support of our sales assistants.

CHOOSE WHOSE FINGERPRINT YOU WANT TO TAKE

  • Single (person at least 5 years old)
  • Double (two human fingerprints side by side)
  • Fedele (dog / dog and owner side by side)
  • Kitty (cat)

You will receive everything you need to create your Impronta jewel.

CHOOSE WHERE YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR IMPRONTA KIT

You will immediately receive an elegant gift card in PDF format with a unique code, valid immediately, which can be printed or forwarded as a gift. A special gesture, to be shared immediately.
Then receive the kit for making the jewel at home and comfortably create your fingerprints at home, or go to the store to pick it up with your unique code and take your fingerprints in our stores. No appointment is necessary.
You will have one year to redeem your gift card.

Receive the Impronta kit at home or collect it in one of our stores and create your Impronta jewel. A gift for the whole family: upon order confirmation, you will instantly receive an elegant gift card in PDF format with a unique code and all necessary information to redeem your jewel. Scroll through the gallery to discover the different Impronta combinations you can create. Once you receive the Impronta kit, the impressions must then be sent to our goldsmith workshop using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service.

18kt yellow gold. Length: 9 mm. Jump ring diameter: 3 mm. Dedicated kit for creation and unique code for in-store redemption. Available imprint options: Single | Double | Faithful | Kitty. Impronta Collection - experiential jewel. Charm compatible with the Atelier VM collection and with all chains in the L'Essenziale collection.

Packaging

The Impronta Kit consists of a small paper box containing:

- an instruction manual for taking the wax impressions
- 5 wax paper sachets, each containing one wax
- when purchasing a Chevalier Impronta, a practical ring sizer to measure your finger size is included
- a label on which to write your name and size

Jewelry Care

This jewel may be cleaned using a special polishing cloth or simply warm water and mild soap. Alternatively, use a special immersion bath, then dry the jewel well with a soft cloth.

Shipments

All shipping costs, including taxes and import duties, are included in the price.
